Mikka & Brendan | 27.03.22
I met up with Mikka and Brendan one early Saturday morning in March at the breathtaking Cougal Cascades, located deep in Currumbin Valley. We had been uncertain of wether to proceed with their engagement session at the time due to the torrential rain the Gold Coast had seen only a few days prior, which had caused a lot of flooding in the area.
We decided to proceed with the session and I am so glad we did because the cascades were absolutely amazing; the stream was a beautiful blue and flowing like we had never seen before.
As soon as we met up we began our walk towards the back of the creek, only when we had reached the end of the path we realised we had been aimlessly walking because we were too busy chatting to notice! Safe to say the rest of the session was an absolute breeze, with such a stunning location and two really down to earth and wonderfully involve people, the photos were bound to reflect all of this.
I am truly so excited to travel north to Bundaberg, Mikka's hometown, later in the year to watch these two lovers say their 'I do's' and become Mrs & Mr!
